Assist with all Personnel Support Services (PSS) matters under supervision the of PSS Manager and Operation Manager
- Request/Send Quotation for PSS services to Interagency Network and Clients • Meet & Greet + Transportation Services
- Hotel and Travel arrangements (Airlines and Car/Bus rental)
- Visas, Letter of Invitation and OK-To-Board, Letter’s to authorities,
- Crew change management
- Avoid and report customers complaints
- Weekly update of activities • Organizing files after operations in order to invoice/close,
- Control of invoices (Car rental, Hotel, Airlines, Immigration and Inamar)
- Customer services experience
- Experienced with Airport / Port processes for personnel movements.
- Knowledge of O&G industry requirements for people assistance and transportation.
