Personnel Support Services (PSS) Assistant – Pemba


Assist with all Personnel Support Services (PSS) matters under supervision the of PSS Manager and Operation Manager


  • Request/Send Quotation for PSS services to Interagency Network and Clients • Meet & Greet + Transportation Services
  • Hotel and Travel arrangements (Airlines and Car/Bus rental)
  • Visas, Letter of Invitation and OK-To-Board, Letter’s to authorities,
  • Crew change management
  • Avoid and report customers complaints
  • Weekly update of activities • Organizing files after operations in order to invoice/close,
  • Control of invoices (Car rental, Hotel, Airlines, Immigration and Inamar)


  • Customer services experience
  • Experienced with Airport / Port processes for personnel movements.
  • Knowledge of O&G industry requirements for people assistance and transportation.
